If you have had an accident with a Zenith Policyholder

We are sorry that you have been involved in an incident with a Zenith Policyholder, please call the Claims Helpline on 0845 600 5330. This is operated by Zenith Insurance Management UK Limited, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The customer service team will take details and do everything possible to validate the circumstances of the accident as quickly as possible. If we agree that our policyholder was to blame we will treat you as our customer and can arrange for your vehicle to be repaired and to provide you with a car to help you stay mobile until your claim is settled.

If we arrange to repair your vehicle at one of our nationwide network of repairers, once repairs have been completed your vehicle will be returned to you cleaned inside and out.

Our repairers are carefully selected and regularly monitored to ensure that their work meets out high standards.

All repairs are guaranteed for 3 years by our repairers.
